well this episode is a filler but at least it has a nice background story and it got me invested unlike the 2 previous fillers.

Yay it's Yokomizo, he's one of my favorite of the inspectors. Was he hung by the water-wheel? 20:21-20:53, Conan is so cute. lol he got stuck up there. Even though the lady in the pink kimono was acting suspicous earlier I don't think it was her who killed him. I'm gonna guess the thing she was carrying were the antique teacups, and that she hid them so that the kimono guy would look bad. I think it was either the man in the kimono or the lady in the blue kimono.
